How much does Atithi cost?
The Atithi calculator shows provisional INR estimates based on property room count, billing period and selected add-ons. The model combines a platform subscription, an included monetary AI allowance and prepaid top-ups. The final fees and scope are confirmed in your property-specific agreement.
What are AI credits?
Credits measure the AI processing Atithi uses to handle guest interactions.
How are credits consumed?
Simple questions use little. Multi-step requests use more. Exact consumption rules are shared in your quote.
What happens when credits run out?
Hotels can purchase top-up credits. Handling of exhausted allowance is confirmed in your agreement.
Can I buy more credits?
The calculator includes a provisional prepaid top-up pack for 6-month and annual commitments. Its value and availability are confirmed in your agreement.

Does pricing depend on room count?
Yes. Platform fees are set by property size.
When can I select add-ons?
Add-ons are available for 6-month and annual Atithi billing only. Switching to quarterly removes selected add-ons from the estimate.
Is WhatsApp messaging included?
Atithi's published product information describes WhatsApp guest access. Integration setup, availability for your property and any messaging charges are confirmed during scoping; they are not assumed to be included in the platform fee.
Are Meta WhatsApp charges included?
Not confirmed. WhatsApp-related charges are confirmed during scoping.
Is hosting included?
Hosting terms are confirmed in your quote.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Ask your Aivry contact to change room band or add-ons. Terms are confirmed in your agreement.
Can I add another property?
Additional properties are under review as an add-on. Terms are confirmed during scoping.

Standard property onboarding is described on the How it works page. Premium onboarding is an add-on.
Do you offer custom integrations?
